I am a retired, single woman in my 70's, and former church planting missionary in Mexico. I have received Spiritual Direction (SD) for over 20 years and have offered spiritual direction for the past eight years. I trained at Fall Creek Abbey in Indianapolis, IN. I have a Master’s Degree in Spiritual Formation and Leadership from Spring Arbor University.

I consider SD to be a holy encounter of deep listening and prayer between the Trinity, the Directee and the Director. I meet once a month for about an hour with the directee and do not charge a fee.
