I approach spiritual direction as holy listening, walking with or companioning a person to hear/see God at work in their life. This may include discernment of direction for the future, moving through grief or anxiety in the present or healing of the past. I am open to people from all faiths, cultures, and sexual orientations.

I received Spiritual Direction training at the FCJ Centre in Calgary, AB, Canada, graduating in 2013. In addition I have an MA in Peace Studies from Anabaptist Mennonite Biblical Seminary, a BA in Political Science from Valparaiso University and many hours of training and experience in Mediation and Conflict Resolution. For 41 years, I was a Pastor's spouse until my husband retired in 2018. I have two adult children and four grandchildren.
