It gives me joy to hear a person’s story, especially their journey with God. I desire to come alongside you by creating sacred space and time to listen, learn, prayerfully look together for how God is relating and consider ways to strengthen that relationship. Though I welcome diverse perspectives, my faith has been nurtured in Roman Catholic and other Christian traditions.

While leading a listening group of people learning the Spiritual Exercises of Saint Ignatius, I was introduced to spiritual direction. In 2023 I completed training at The Ruah School of Spiritual Guidance, a ministry of Richmond Hill in Richmond, Virginia. My husband of 45 years and I have raised three children and are delighted with two grandchildren. Recently retired, I have fun and find soul rest in gardening, hiking (even around cities), travel, and spending time together with friends and family.
