Spiritual Direction is a conversation between God, you and me, where each of us is listening to ourselves and the other two; the aim is for the directee and God to move closer together. We are cultivating our ability to notice and be aware of God’s movement and work in our lives and in the world.

I have experienced God through work with the Enneagram, body-spirit connection, focusing prayer, cross-cultural experiences and relationships, dark night, grief, creativity, arts, spiritual disciplines and more.

I attend a Mennonite Church. I have been a part of an eclectic array of denominations and value the strength and charism each brings to the body of Christ. I worked with refugees in the US and I love cross cultural relationships. I am married and have two elementary aged children. I graduated from the Center for Spiritual Direction at North Park Seminary and have been offering Spiritual Direction since 2012.
