I am a Roman Catholic Sister, trained by the Cenacle Sisters in Ignatian Spirituality, a graduate of Shalem Institute and meet with people from any denomination. I offer individual Directed Retreats or Thirty Day Retreats.

Believing that the Spirit is the real Director and that both of us listen to the Spirit deeply to hear God’s leadings, I do not tell you what to do but help you to listen to the voice within you.

I am a member of Spiritual Directors International, provide group spiritual direction and train spiritual directors at Lindenwood Retreat Center.
