The journey of spiritual direction for me has continued through most of my adult life in one form or another. I received my certification from Shalem Institute of Spirituality as well as my Master’s and Doctorate in Ministry from the Graduate Theological Foundation in the early 2000s.

I have been accompanying people from various backgrounds and faith traditions since 2003. I have partnered with Sr. Nancy Brousseau, OP in facilitating Spiritual Direction Practicums for about 10 years.

Spiritual direction is about our willingness to be directed by the Spirit, deepening our relationship to Divine Love and discerning how we are being invited to be our true selves as the Spirit sees us.
