As a spiritual companion, I meet my companions where they are on their own unique and individual spiritual journey to God. By providing a safe, quiet, and respectful space and time, we remain open to the Holy in our everyday lived lives.

My background is in the Roman Catholic faith with ten years of being educated in Catholic schools. I have raised two children in an interfaith family with my non-Christian husband of over 45 years. I have work, volunteer, and personal experiences in the following areas of: neurodiversity, mental health challenges, neurological impairments resulting in communicative and cognitive disorders, functional communication disorders, transgender identity, women's issues, and interfaith dialogue. I received my certificate in Spiritual Companionship from Lindenwood Retreat and Conference Center. I accept companions of all faiths or no faith ("nones") and those who consider themselves spiritual but not religious. I offer a discounted rate (50% off of the full cost) for our first session to help you discern if we are a good match.
