Certified in Spiritual Direction through the Haden Institute in Asheville, North Carolina, and trained in Poetry Therapy and Sylvotherapy, I honor everyone’s unique wisdom. I work with individuals and small groups, both in person and online, with nature playing a central role in my practice.

I also facilitate book studies and retreats for those navigating transitions or seeking quiet reflection. With experience in dream work and creative expression, I invite you to explore your inner landscape.

Outside of my practice, I enjoy family time with my spouse, three adult children, and five grandchildren, along with our two dogs, Toby and Rhonda, and cat, Abby.
