Spiritual Direction is like taking a walk in nature with God, while the Spiritual Director listens, watches and waits for your higher power to speak to your mind and heart with words, images or feelings. You then share your awarenesses with your Spiritual Director.

My training was at the Institute for Spiritual Leadership in Chicago, IL, from 2005-2006. Individual, group, special needs adults and college students, along with those who have health challenges make up my practice of Spiritual Direction.

My spirituality practice includes Christianity, 12 steps expressed in writing, reflection, reading, art, creativity and scripture. I welcome interfaith individuals and anyone who feels called to experience the spiritual direction relationship.
